- Stormwater facilities not allowed in Community Character Corridor buffers
Stormwater management facilities, detention ponds, and BMPs shall not be allowed within required landscape buffers along Community Character Corridors unless waiver granted.
- Objectionable features screening
Objectionable features shall be visually screened by landscaping or architectural barriers from adjacent residential districts, agricultural districts designated for residential use, and public streets.
- Transitional screening requirement
Transitional screening between conflicting land uses and districts shall be provided.
