In the Limited Business District, LB, all buildings or structures to be erected or land to be used shall be for one or more of the following uses... No area requirements... Structures shall be located 50 feet or more from any street right-of-way... The minimum side yard shall be 20 feet for each main structure. The minimum rear yard shall be 20 feet... Structures may be erected up to 35 feet in height... Building coverage shall not exceed 30 percent of the total lot area. The floor area ratio shall not exceed 40 percent of the total lot area... The outdoor storage of materials, supplies and goods for sale shall be prohibited
