- Allowed improvements in buffers
Entrance roads, community and directional signage, bicycle/pedestrian paths, utility connections and drainage improvements permitted with planning commission approval.

Wet ponds, dry detention basins, and other structural BMPs shall not generally be permitted in the buffers, except with planning commission approval under specified conditions.

From the ordinance
Within any major subdivision approved under this article, there shall be planned and maintained a perimeter buffer along the perimeter property lines of the development, except for areas adjacent to road rights-of-way. The minimum perimeter buffer shall be 35 feet.
