  • A special use permit issued by the board of supervisors shall be required for: (1) Any convenience store; (2) Any commercial building or group of buildings which exceeds 10,000 square feet of floor area; or (3) Any commercial building or group of buildings, not including office uses, which generates, or would be expected to generate, a total of 100 or more additional trips to and from the site during the peak hour of the operation... or (4) Automobile and gasoline service stations.
