• Maximum outdoor recreation area as percentage of rear and side yards80 pct

  An area which occupies no more than eighty (80) percent of the combined total areas of the required rear and side yards and may only be located in the rear and/or side yards.

• Minimum indoor recreation area per person75 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  For each person enrolled, indoor recreation space shall be provided at the rate of 75 sq. ft.

• Minimum outdoor recreation area per child grades 4-12430 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  430 square feet of usable outdoor recreation area shall be provided for each child in grades 4-12 that may use the space at any one time

• Minimum outdoor recreation area per child grades K-3200 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  200 square feet of usable outdoor recreation shall be provided for each child in grades K-3 that may use the space at any one time

• On-site pickup and discharge required

  All such uses shall be located so as to permit the pick-up and discharge of all persons on the site.

• Traffic Impact Analysis required for direct access to public street

  All uses described in this section and located to have direct access to an existing or planned public street shall be required to perform a Traffic Impact Analysis
