  • Equipment screening

    Equipment shall be located in an area hidden from within or outside the premises, by means of fences, walls, or landscape planting and no equipment or machinery shall be located in setback areas.

  • Hours of operation for businesses adjoining residential

    Businesses adjoining residential properties are limited to hours of operation from 7:00 a.m.—9:00 p.m.

From the ordinance

For permitted uses the minimum lot size shall be 10,000 square feet with a minimum lot width of 100 feet and minimum lot depth of 100 feet. Buildings may be erected up to 35 feet in height.
