Height
Church spires, belfries, cupolas, monuments, water towers, chimneys, flues, and flagpoles of any height, and television antennas up to 50 feet in height, are exempt from height regulations.

- Site plan requirements
the plan shall be designed to promote careful use of topography and to promote harmonious relationships with adjacent and nearby residential and business properties, developed or undeveloped, and to this end shall provide effective screening along side and rear property lines by means of fences, walls, hedges, planting screen or natural vegetation in accord with the requirements of this Ordinance.
- Stormwater drainage
Provision shall be made for proper storm water drainage from parking and loading areas. Water shall not be permitted to drain from such areas onto adjacent property except into a natural watercourse or a drainage easement as long as the natural watercourse or drainage easement is found to be able to sufficiently handle the increased runoff by the Town Engineer.
