  • Equipment screening

    Equipment shall be located in an area hidden from the general public view either within or outside the premises.

  • Fencing standard

    All fencing shall have a uniform and durable character and shall be properly maintained, and in conformance with Article 9, Section 7. Fences.

  • Hours of operation for businesses adjoining residential

    Businesses adjoining residential properties are limited to hours of operation from 7 a.m.—9 p.m.

  • A building of less than or equal to 6,000 square feet or land shall be used only for the following purposes.

  • Where a front yard is provided, fences, signs, landscaping, shrubbery, evergreens and trees in excess of three feet in height are not permitted within 15 feet from the corner of a lot at intersecting streets.

  • Refuse storage screening

    Refuse containers or refuse storage shall be located in an all-weather surface area and hidden from general public view from outside the premises.

  • Site plan screening

    The plan shall be designed to promote harmonious relationships with surrounding adjacent and nearby residential properties... may provide protective screening along side and rear property lines by means of fences, walls, hedges, planting screen or natural vegetation.

  • Stormwater drainage

    Provision shall be made for proper storm water drainage from parking and loading areas. Water shall not be permitted to drain from such areas onto adjacent property except into a natural watercourse or a drainage easement.
