Height

Maximum height for public or semi-public buildings45 ft
A public or semi-public building such as a school, church, or library, may be erected to a height of 45 feet provided that required front, side and rear yards shall be increased one foot for each foot in height over 35 feet.

Maximum height of fences, signs, landscaping within 15 ft of corner3 ft
fences, signs, landscaping, shrubbery, evergreens and trees in excess of three feet in height are prohibited within fifteen (15) feet from the corner of a lot at intersecting streets.

From the ordinance

For permitted uses the minimum lot size shall be 5,000 square feet with a minimum lot width of 50 feet and minimum lot depth of 100 feet. Buildings may be erected up to 35 feet in height.
