Fencing & walls
- Fencing character
All fencing shall have a uniform and durable character and shall be properly maintained, and in conformance with Article 9, Section 7. Fences.
Height
Cupolas, monuments, water towers, chimneys, flues, and flagpoles of any height, any television and other communication towers up to 50 feet are exempt from height regulations.
