- Base flood elevation data required
The applicant shall provide base flood elevation data for all subdivision proposals and other proposed developments containing at least fifty (50) lots or five (5) acres, whichever is less.

Until base flood elevation data are provided, new construction and substantial improvements shall have the lowest floor, including basement, elevated to at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

When such base flood elevation data is utilized, the lowest floor shall be elevated to or above the base flood level plus eighteen (18) inches.
