Each parcel for which a development plan has been approved by the Zoning Administrator shall display at its entrance a sign no smaller than two (2) square feet, or larger than four (4) square feet, clearly visible from the nearest roadway, indicating that a development plan is in effect for the parcel and containing the words 'Certified Agricultural Development Site.'
From the ordinance
The sole permitted uses and structures in the A-1 district shall be an intensive swine facility. The minimum parcel size on which an initial swine facility may be placed shall be one hundred (100) acres for swine facilities having between five hundred (500) hogs and one thousand (1,000) hogs.
