Floodplain

The Floodplain Administrator may require the applicant to obtain base flood elevation data from a Federal, State, or other source if such data are reasonably available.
Manufactured homes shall be elevated on a permanent foundation such that the lowest floor is elevated to at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade and securely anchored.
