One (1) additional single-family dwelling may be permitted on the same lot or parcel of land as that of the main dwelling, provided that the parcel meets the bulk area requirements and setbacks for the zoning district with a second dwelling, all local and state regulations are met, and provision for access is made. One additional unit per twenty-five (25) acres of land is allowed for bona fide farm workers residing on the property.
