Special recreational event means either: (1) A special event held more than four (4) times a year and not sponsored by a non-profit organization; or (2) An event or gathering at which (a) more than one hundred fifty (150) people are reasonably expected to be in attendance at any one (1) point in time; (b) the event or similar event is held two (2) or more times a year; and (c) each event or similar event is held over two (2) or more consecutive days.
