Recreational vehicle park also known as an RV park or RV campground means a camping and overnight area for two (2) or more recreational vehicles... Continuous occupancy by the same person for more than six (6) months in any twelve-month period shall be prohibited, except that one (1) permanent residence may be permitted for the park owner or manager.
