Open space may include, but need not be limited to lawns, decorative planting, walkways, active and passive recreation areas, children's playgrounds, fountains, swimming pools, undisturbed natural areas, agriculture, wooded areas, water bodies; and provided further, however, that the area within wetlands, floodplains and slopes greater than fifteen percent (15%) shall not comprise more than fifty percent (50%) of the total required open space.
