  • storage or deposit area for any toxic or hazardous substance having the capacity, through its physical, chemical or biological properties to pose a substantial risk of death or impairment

  • Maximum duration of special temporary use permit12 months

    no such special temporary use permit shall be issued at any one (1) time for more than twelve (12) months' duration

  • Bond required for temporary use

    may require the owner or agent requesting the permit to post a bond to ensure the complete removal of such temporary structure from the premises and the site left in good order upon expiration of the permit

  • Conditions on temporary use permit

    may impose such other reasonable conditions upon the applicant as will promote the public interest and the stated purposes of this chapter respecting such premises

  • Renewal of special temporary use permit

    Such a permit may be renewed annually by the Zoning Administrator upon request of the property owner or agent.
