- storage or deposit area for any toxic or hazardous substance having the capacity, through its physical, chemical or biological properties to pose a substantial risk of death or impairment

- Maximum duration of special temporary use permit12 months
no such special temporary use permit shall be issued at any one (1) time for more than twelve (12) months' duration

may require the owner or agent requesting the permit to post a bond to ensure the complete removal of such temporary structure from the premises and the site left in good order upon expiration of the permit
- Conditions on temporary use permit
may impose such other reasonable conditions upon the applicant as will promote the public interest and the stated purposes of this chapter respecting such premises
- Renewal of special temporary use permit
Such a permit may be renewed annually by the Zoning Administrator upon request of the property owner or agent.
