From the ordinance
The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be one acre or more with the exception of two-family dwellings which will require a lot size of 1½ acres or more. Structure shall be located 50 feet or more from the front property line... minimum side yard... 15 feet... rear yard of 35 feet or more. The minimum frontage... 125 feet... height of 45 feet. The minimum side yard on the side facing the side street shall be 35 feet or more.
