Front yard: Twenty (20) feet. Side yard: Seven (7) feet, except on corner lots, a side yard facing the street shall be twenty (20) feet. Rear yard: Twenty-five (25) feet. Maximum height: Thirty-five (35) feet; or forty-five (45) feet with an additional one (1) foot setback per foot of additional height. Lot coverage: Fifty (50) percent. Floor area ratio: 0.30 FAR.
