    Paved driveways and off-street parking areas located between the front face of the structure and the property line must have, at any point, a maximum width of eighteen (18) feet if the lot width is less than fifty (50) feet and a maximum width of twenty (20) feet if the lot width is fifty (50) feet or greater.
