Signage

  Balloons and other devices, which are not specifically permitted elsewhere in this article

• ProhibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance. discontinued business signs

  Signs which advertise a business or use that has been discontinued for a period of 30 days or more.

• ProhibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance. exposed light sources

  Signs using exposed light sources or mirrors or prisms that reflect a light source

• ProhibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance. moving signs

  Signs having any moving or rotating parts or giving the illusion of motion or of flashing lights, except time, date, temperature displays.

• ProhibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance. obscene signs

  Signs bearing statements, words or pictures of an obscene nature

  Signs which obstruct or interfere with a required door opening, sidewalk, fire escape route, exitway or air vent.
