Home occupation means an occupation whose activity at the site is conducted entirely within the private dwelling which is clearly incidental and secondary to the principal use as a dwelling; which occupies less than 25 percent of the floor area of the dwelling; which does not involve display or sale of goods on the premises; and which does not use any equipment or process that creates noise, vibration, glare, fumes, odors or electrical interference, detectable at the lot line.
