Signage
Signs which are a public nuisance, signs on roofs, signs with moving parts, off-site signs, signs with exposed light sources, signs with traffic symbols, signs obstructing doors, signs within 6 ft horizontally or 12 ft vertically of overhead wires, signs advertising discontinued businesses, sign structures without signs, and signs with revoked permits are prohibited.

Prohibited signs, sign structures and sign information. All signs or sign structures which are not specifically exempted or permitted as defined in this article are prohibited.
