On corner lots in all zoning districts there shall be no obstructions to vision between a height of 3½ feet and ten feet above the elevation of the established curb... within a triangular area bounded by the established street lines and a diagonal straight line connecting points along the street lines... each point of which is the following distance from the point of intersection... 25 feet for 90 degrees.
