- Ground area around sign cleanliness
The ground area around any freestanding sign shall be kept free and clear of weeds, trash and other debris.
- Sign maintenance compliance period30 days
Such order shall be complied with within 30 days of receipt thereof by the person, firm or corporation owning or using the sign, or the owner of the building or premises on which such sign is affixed or erected.

All signs, including these exempt from the permit requirements of this article, together with all of their supports, braces, connections, anchors, and electrical equipment shall be maintained in good structural condition at all times.
