Height

The minimum lot area for permitted uses in residential district R-1A shall be as follows: (1) For lots with water and sewer service, 15,000 square feet or more. (2) For lots with water or sewer service, 18,000 square feet or more. (3) For lots without either water or sewer service, 20,000 square feet or more.
