Any conditional use permit, irregardless of its date of issue, shall be deemed to have been abandoned after a period of 24 months continuous nonuse and such abandonment of the use shall render the conditional use permit null and void.
From the ordinance
the location of hotels, motels, manufactured home parks, campgrounds, commercial amusement parks, hospitals, airports, borrow pits, hog farms, sanitary fill method garbage and refuse sites, and other permitted uses of like nature shall require, in addition to the zoning permit and certificate of occupancy, a conditional use permit.
