- Elevation with BFE1.5 ft
When base flood elevation data is utilized, the lowest floor shall be elevated to or above the base flood level plus eighteen (18) inches.
- Elevation without BFE2 ft
Until base flood elevation data are provided, new construction and substantial improvements shall have the lowest floor, including basement, elevated to at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.
