All manufactured housing (regardless of date of manufacture) shall be mounted and anchored in accordance with instructions provided with the unit or by the methods in The Virginia Industrialized Building Unit and Mobile Home Safety Regulations
- Skirting requirement
The area between the bottom of the walls of the mobile home and ground surface must be neatly skirted with material fabricated from metal, concrete, masonry, rigid vinyl or fiberglass; such skirts must be rattle free and installed in a manner to accommodate frost heave.
