- Special temporary use permit conditions
That a request for such special temporary use permit be submitted in writing by the owner or agent seeking such permit, setting forth the nature of the use sought, the provisions of this chapter which prohibit or limit the use requested, the reason such special temporary use is needed, and the length of time for which such permit is requested. That such permit is for a mobile home, office, recreational vehicle, camper or other temporary structure which can be completely removed from the premises at the expiration of the special temporary use permit.
