- Modular housing allowance
Modular housing units are allowed in any zoning district that permits conventional dwellings.
- Replacement unit removal60 days
When replacing manufactured homes or modular housing units, no dual occupancy is permitted. Additionally, the unit being replaced shall be removed from the parcel no later than sixty (60) days after the replacement manufactured home or modular housing unit is placed on the parcel.
