- Ancillary structures
All ancillary structures or conditions (e.g., steps, landings, patios, carports, and garages) shall be constructed in compliance with the Uniform Statewide Building Code.
- Construction date
The manufactured home must have been constructed on or after July 1, 1976.
- Egress doors
Each egress door shall be provided with steps, landings and/or handrails as required under the Uniform Statewide Building Code.
- HUD certification
The manufactured home must be certified as meeting the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Acts promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
- Underpinning and skirting
Underpinning and skirting shall be installed for every such manufactured home in compliance with the Uniform Statewide Building Code.
