Height

the development standards for non-residential development in Planning Area 28 of Specific Plan No. 342 shall be the same as those standards identified in Article IX, Section 9.4 except that the development standards set forth in Article IX, Section 9.4 B. and C. shall be deleted and replaced, respectively, with each of the following:
