Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet. Lot area shall be not less than five thousand (5,000) square feet. ... The minimum average width ... shall be fifty (50) feet, with a minimum average depth of eighty (80) feet. ... The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet... The front yard shall not be less than fifteen (15) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall not be less than five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall be not less than ten (10) feet...
