Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet. Lot area shall be not less than six thousand (6,000) square feet. ... The minimum average width ... shall be fifty (50) feet, with a minimum average depth of ninety (90) feet. ... The front yard shall be not less than fifteen (15) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall be not less than five feet. ... The rear yard shall not be less than ten (10) feet. ... Lot coverage shall not exceed fifty (50) percent for one-story and forty (40) percent for two-story buildings.
