From the ordinance

Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet. Lot area shall be not less than three thousand five hundred (3,500) square feet. ... The front yard shall be not less than ten (10) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall be not less than five feet. ... Where the rear of a lot is adjacent to another residential lot or a street that is not used for access to the lot, the rear yard shall not be less than ten (10) feet. ... Lot coverage shall not exceed sixty (60) percent for one-story and fifty (50) percent for two-story buildings.
