From the ordinance

Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet. Lot area shall be not less than four thousand five hundred (4,500) square feet. The minimum average width ... fifty (50) feet, with a minimum average depth of eighty (80) feet. The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet... The front yard shall be not less than fifteen (15) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall be not less than five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall be not less than ten (10) feet... Lot coverage shall not exceed sixty (60) percent for one-story and fifty (50) percent for two-story buildings.
