From the ordinance

Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet. The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet... The front yard shall not be less than eighteen (18) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall not be less than five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall not be less than ten (10) feet... Lot coverage shall not exceed fifty (50) percent for one-story and forty (40) percent for two-story buildings.
