Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of forty (40) feet. Lot area shall be not less than three thousand (3,000) square feet. The minimum average width ... forty (40) feet, with a minimum average depth of seventy-five (75) feet. The front yard shall be not less than twelve (12) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall not be less than five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall be not less than eight feet... Lot coverage shall not exceed eighty (80) percent. The minimum private yard area shall be not less than two hundred (200) square feet...
