From the ordinance

Building height shall not exceed two stories with a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet. Lot area shall be not less than six thousand (6,000) square feet. The minimum average width ... fifty (50) feet, with a minimum average depth of ninety (90) feet. The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet... The front yard shall be not less than eighteen (18) feet... Side yards on interior and through lots shall be not less than five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall not be less than ten (10) feet... Lot coverage shall not exceed fifty (50) percent for one-story and forty (40) percent for two-story buildings.
