From the ordinance

The uses permitted in Planning Area 5 of Specific Plan No. 293 shall be the same as those uses permitted in Article XI, Sections 11.2 and 11.3 of Ordinance No. 348, except that uses pursuant to Section 11.2.b.(1)e.1., 3. and 4., Section 11.2.b.(1)g.5. and Section 11.2.d. shall not be permitted.
