Other
- Outside storage restriction
No outside storage shall be permitted unless specifically allowed in Section 17.84.020. Any such storage shall be in the rear of the structure and shall be enclosed with a visually screening fence.
- Security system required
The following uses shall be required to install an acceptable security system: automobile service stations, bars and cocktail lounges, liquor and convenience stores.
- Trash area screening
Trash areas shall be visually screened with a six-foot high fence or wall and shall have a gate and be inaccessible to wildlife.
- Zone change restrictions
No zone change to the C-R zone shall be approved if any part of the parcel lies within an approved specific plan, is contiguous to any city or within its sphere of influence, or lies within 300 feet of a freeway.
From the ordinance
The minimum lot area shall be twenty thousand (20,000) square feet. Front, side and rear yard setbacks shall be twenty-five (25) feet. No buildings or structures shall exceed forty (40) feet in height. Total building coverage shall not exceed twenty (20) percent of net lot size.
