Height

Any portion of a building that exceeds thirty-five (35) feet in height shall be set back from the front and rear lot lines no less than ten (10) feet plus two feet for each foot by which the height exceeds thirty-five (35) feet.

Lot area shall be not less than seven thousand two hundred (7,200) square feet for detached single-family dwellings with a minimum average width of sixty (60) feet and a minimum average depth of one hundred (100) feet. The minimum front and rear yards shall be twenty (20) feet and ten (10) feet respectively for single-family dwellings.
