• Maximum duration for emergency uses90 days

  Temporary clearance for emergency uses and improvements under this section shall be valid for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days

• Maximum farmers market days per year120 days

  Such use shall be limited to not more than a total of one hundred twenty (120) days in a calendar year.

• Maximum days per food truck event3 days

  for no more than three (3) days per event

• Maximum food truck events per year per location2 events/year

  with no event occurring more than twice per year per location

• Maximum food trucks per event3 trucks

  Food truck events... shall consist of no more than three (3) food trucks at any one time

• Maximum days per garage sale2 days

  for no more than two (2) days per event

• Maximum garage sales per year2 events/year

  Garage and yard sales... do not occur more than two (2) times per year

• Maximum days per group assembly3 days

  for no more than three (3) days per event (excluding set-up and take-down)

• Maximum total days for group assemblies per year30 days

  for a duration of time not to exceed a total of thirty (30) calendar days in a twelve-month period

• Maximum persons for group assembly without special event permit100 persons

  Group assemblies of one hundred (100) persons or fewer

• Pumpkin/Christmas tree sales period

  Pumpkin/Christmas tree sales shall only be held from October 1 through December 31.

• Maximum sidewalk sales days per year90 days

  Sidewalk sales and displays... may be authorized for a duration of time not to exceed a total of ninety (90) calendar days in a twelve-month period.

• Days to remove temporary residence after construction completion30 days

  The temporary residence shall be removed within thirty (30) days of completion of the construction project.
