The purpose of the Business Exclusion Combining Zone (BX) is to preclude or exclude businesses. The use of land, dwelling units, or appurtenant structures shall be permitted for dwelling and dwelling appurtenant uses only, except for; Child day care homes, limited child day care homes, limited home businesses, and limited residential community care facilities.
