In residential zones, if visual impacts cannot be avoided, a screen of plant materials shall be utilized to obscure the facility from public view. The buffer shall consist of non-invasive/native plant material. The outside perimeter of the facility shall have a landscaped strip no less than five (5') foot in width.

In residential zones, maintenance hours shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, excluding emergency repairs.

The minimum setback from property lines, or if property line is in the middle of a roadway, the edge of the roadway, for all telecommunications facilities is one foot of setback for every foot in facility height plus an additional twenty-five (25') feet.
