Personal cultivation sites in zones that allow private residences shall be fully enclosed by a minimum six (6') foot high fence with a lockable gate. Any fence enclosing the personal cultivation site that is greater than seven (7') feet in height shall be constructed to meet the requirements of Section 9-2.407.
