17.04.120 Definitions15 standards

Outside storage... limited to an area as set forth in the particular zone not to exceed two hundred square feet with a maximum height of three feet.

17.08.010 A1 standards

No mandatory element of the general plan shall be amended more frequently than four times during any calendar year, unless otherwise allowed by Section 65358 of the Government Code.

17.105.010

The uses permitted in Planning Areas C-5, D-1, ... shall be the same as those uses permitted in Article VIIIe, Section 8.100 of Ordinance No. 348 except that the uses permitted pursuant to Section 8.100.a(1) and (2) and Section b.(1) shall not be permitted. In addition, the permitted uses identified under Section 8.100.a. shall include public parks; community centers; and when the gross acre of a lot is twenty (20) acres or greater, the uses identified under Article XIII, Section 13.1.b. of Ordinance No. 348 shall also be included.

17.105.010 (1)

The uses permitted in Planning Areas C-5, D-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, G-6, G-9, G-12, H-1, H-3, H-6, H-10, I-1, I-2, I-3, J-2, J-3, J-5, J-6, J-7, J-8, K-1, K-3, L-2, L-3, M-2, M-3, M-8, and M-9 of Specific Plan No. 303 shall be the same as those uses permitted in Article VIIIe, Section 8.100 of Ordinance No. 348 except that the uses permitted pursuant to Section 8.100.a(1) and (2) and Section b.(1) shall not be permitted. 17.105.020

If Planning Areas A-1, A-3, A-7, E-1, and E-3 are developed with large scale recreational uses such as a motor sports race track and facilities related thereto, the development standards shall be the same as those identified in Article VIIIe., Section 8.101 of Ordinance No. 348 except that the following development standards shall also apply: (A) The minimum front yard setback for any building shall be 20 feet. (B) The minimum side yard setback for any building shall be five feet.

17.105.020 (1), (3)

The uses permitted in Planning Areas A-1, A-3, A-7, E-1, and E-3 of Specific Plan No. 303 shall be the same as those uses permitted in Article VIIIe, Section 8.100 of Ordinance No. 348 except that the uses permitted pursuant to Section 8.100.b.(1) shall not be permitted. In addition, the permitted uses identified under Section 8.100.a. shall include public parks; community centers; facilities related to large scale recreational uses such as a motor sports race track and facilities related thereto, including but not limited to race track, private garages, clubhouse, tuning shop, observation tower, museum, vehicle display areas and ancillary uses in support thereof; and when the gross area of a lot is twenty (20) acres or greater, the uses identified under Article XIII, Section 13.1.b. of Ordinance No. 348 shall also be included. ... The minimum front yard setback for any building shall be 20 feet. The minimum side yard setback for any building shall be five feet.

17.105.030

The permitted uses in Planning Areas A-2 of Specific Plan No. 303 shall be the same as those permitted in Article IX, Section 9.1 of Ordinance No. 348, except that the uses permitted pursuant to Sections 9.1.a. 17.105.040

The minimum average width of that portion of a lot to be used as a building site shall be forty (40) feet, with a minimum average depth of one hundred (100) feet. The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet. Side yards on interior and through lots shall be not less than ten (10) percent of the width of the lot, but not less than three feet in width in any event, and need not exceed a width of five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall be not less than ten (10) feet. The rear yard shall not be less than ten (10) feet. Every main building erected or structurally altered shall have a lot or building site of not less than one thousand one hundred (1,100) square feet for each dwelling unit.

In addition, when the gross area of a lot is twenty (20) acres or greater, the permitted uses identified under Section 9.1.b. shall include the uses permitted under Article XIII, Section 13.1.b. of Ordinance No. 348. In addition, the permitted uses identified under Section 9.1.d. shall include electric vehicle charging stations.

The minimum frontage of a lot shall be sixty (60) feet. Side yards on interior and through lots shall be not less than ten (10) percent of the width of the lot, but not less than three feet in width in any event, and need not exceed a width of five feet. Side yards on corner and reverse corner lots shall be not less than ten (10) feet. The rear yard shall not be less than ten (10) feet. In no case shall more than sixty (60) percent of any lot be covered by buildings or structures.
