General provisions

Where any conflict occurs between the provisions of the Zoning Code and other regulations, the more restrictive provisions shall apply. Overlay Zones, Specific Plans, and Development Agreements govern over the Zoning Code.

Swimming Pools and Spas3 standards

No swimming pool or spa shall be located in a required front yard setback area. Any swimming pool or spa shall be located at least three feet away from any property line. Equipment related to a swimming pool, such as a fountain, slide, diving board, etc., shall not exceed five feet in height when located within five feet of a property line.
